A Journey as a Regrob State Franchisee: Insights and Adventures

Welcome, peeps! It has been a rewarding journey for me as a Regrob master state franchisee, and I am thrilled to share my experiences and journey so far.

Highlights of My Journey

Since I started as a Regrob master state franchisee in 2015, it has been an incredible 6 years. The journey has been filled with numerous highlights, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Here are some of the key points:

Building a successful team of 8 different franchisee teams in Bangalore. Winning multiple awards and being part of a winning, supportive culture at Regrob. Traveling the world and visiting various countries for business and personal reasons. Purchasing two homes, a testament to the financial benefits of working in real estate.

Why Regrob?

When I returned from the United Kingdom in 2014, the job opportunities I found lacked passion and did not match my financial expectations. Upon meeting one of the co-founders of Regrob, Vivek Raman, I was drawn to their vision and their passion for real estate. I always believed that real estate was a field that could truly make you rich.

Professional Priorities

After clarifying my priorities, it became clear that I wanted to work at a leadership level, generate good income, and travel the world. These priorities aligned perfectly with the Regrob master state franchisee role. After thorough consideration, I decided to join Regrob and embark on this journey.

Starting in Bangalore

With the unconditional support of the company and my team, I started in Bangalore in 2015. Within a short time, we began to see success in our transactions, which allowed us to open more area franchisees. Today, Regrob Karnataka has a very good transaction volume, with 8 branches up and running. These achievements have brought a sense of pride and satisfaction to both me and my team.

I have been fortunate to receive several awards and recognition for my contributions to Regrob. These acknowledgments are a reflection of the hard work and dedication of my team. I feel incredibly happy and proud to have contributed to the success of my Regrob team.

Global Travel and Personal Growth

Traveling the world has been one of the most enriching experiences of my life. It has allowed me to meet and work with high-profile real estate professionals from various countries, expand my horizons, and understand different markets and cultures. This diverse experience has been incredibly valuable in my career.
